Red Russian Kale microgreens have light purple stems topped by medium green coloured serrated leaves. Kale microgreens have all the nutritional punch of mature kale but without the bitterness. In fact, they have a mildly sweet nutty kale flavour.
Kale microgreens are great sautéed but can also be eaten fresh. We recommend adding them to salads, sandwiches, or smoothies.
